Enbio Pro

Fast, Safe & Reliable Sterilization for Every Practice.

The Enbio PRO Class B Sterilizer is a cutting-edge, medical-grade steam autoclave engineered for fast, reliable, and high-level sterilization of instruments used in clinics, dental practices, hospitals, and aesthetic centers. It delivers Class B sterilization technology, ensuring complete penetration and sterilization of solid, hollow, wrapped, and porous instruments with effective drying.

Ultra-Fast Sterilization Cycles:

  • Unwrapped (FAST) – ~9 min at 134 °C
  • Wrapped (Class B) – ~18 min at 134 °C
  • Gentle Cycle – ~30 min at 121 °C
  • Prion Cycle – ~43 min at 134 °C

These rapid cycles enhance productivity and instrument turnaround without compromising safety.

Spacious & Efficient:
With a 5.3 L chamber capable of holding up to 16 packaged pouches, the Enbio PRO maximizes capacity while remaining compact and lightweight — up to 6× smaller and 3× lighter than traditional autoclaves.

Simple & Quiet Operation:

  • Easy to use with intuitive controls
  • Low noise operation (~32–40 dB) for a comfortable clinical environment
  • Works with standard electrical outlets and distilled water supply.

Reliable Performance:
Operates with a working pressure of 2.1 bar and a maximum temperature of 138 °C, with robust safety and waterproof protection (IP20).

Usable load space

Usable load space

The actual interior capacity of the sterilizer chamber where instruments are placed for sterilization. It indicates how much equipment such as handpieces, forceps, mirrors, and pouches can be safely and efficiently processed in a single cycle. A larger usable load space allows for greater throughput and flexibility, helping clinics and practices optimize workflow without compromising sterilization performance.

Load capacity per process

Load capacity per process

Our Class B Sterilizer is designed to handle up to 16 pouches per cycle, allowing you to sterilize a higher volume of instruments in a single process. This increased capacity enhances workflow efficiency, reduces turnaround time, and ensures consistent sterilization performance  making it ideal for busy medical, dental, and aesthetic practices.
